Nitin Madan – Senior Physiotherapist & Nutritionist

Nitin Madan is our Complete Rehabilitation Guru.

He believes in and embodies a holistic approach to recovery focusing on specialised manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation including Pilates, Strength and Conditioning and mobility training. Nitin is also a certified Nutritionist and Weight- Loss consultant.

Nitin has extensive post graduate training in Spinal Pain which he undertook to help himself recover from a back surgery post a serious cricket injury. He now utilises this specialised knowledge to help many people return to doing what they love.

Nitin has spent time with Essendon Bomber’s VFL Physiotherapy team and utilises this experience to return people to their highest level of function. He also has a case-load at the Epworth Rehabilitation Hospital in Brighton. Outside of the clinic he is still a keen fast bowler and loves to read.

In addition to his work at Complete Care, he also consults at Cricket & Sports Medicine Centre in CitiPower Centre at Cricket Victoria, where he looks after our future Victorian and Australian cricket stars.

Kalin Tobin – Physiotherapist

Kalin Tobin is heavily involved in the sporting arena having played football and basketball growing up. Kalin now spends most of his free time on the golf course.

Through this sporting background Kalin developed a keen interest in sporting injuries and injury prevention. This was the driving force behind him studying Physiotherapy by helping others achieve their goals.

Clinically, Kalin has a special interest in tendon-related pathology, headaches, spinal pain and golf-related injury rehabilitation. Kalin is also certified by the Titliest Performance Institute of Golf.

Kalin is a firm believer that manual therapy treatment in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation is the best method to helping his patient achieve long lasting results.

He is an avid surfer and golfer, and hopes to achieve a single digit golf handicap soon!

Kalin Tobin – Physiotherapist

Kalin is heavily involved in the sporting area having played footy and basketball growing up. He currently enjoys playing golf and surfs at every opportunity he gets.

Through this sporting background Kalin developed a main interest in sporting injuries and injury prevention. This was the driving force behind him studying Physiotherapy and helping others achieve the goals.

Kalin is a firm believer in hands on treatment in conjunction with exercises to get the best results

Amanda

Amanda Yap – Physiotherapist

Amanda Yap brings a wealth of experience to the Complete Care team, having spent time working with some of the best orthopaedic surgeons in Melbourne at different hospital settings, from acute to outpatient.

During her training, she worked as a sports trainer for the local football team and completed her qualification in Clinical Pilates. She has also volunteered at various sporting events around the state.

While at University, she completed research on Pre-Pointe assessment for young ballet dancers. She hopes to be able to further these endeavours and possibly further my research for ballet dancers. Having done more than 10 years of ballet and her fair share of injuries, she appreciates how pain and injuries can stop us from doing what we love.

Her experience has allowed her to engage with people of all walks of life, ages and skill levels. Her special interest is in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, where she has treated many client, during their pregnancy and after birth as well.

She’s a firm believer that a holistic approach of exercise rehabilitation, education and empowerment plus manual therapy results in a better health outcome.

Brigritte Tan – Physiotherapist

Brigritte has always had a passion for helping others and an interest in anatomy and movement which has lead her to a career in physiotherapy.

Brigritte began dancing ballet at the age of four and continues to teach and dance ballet. She has taught ballet and other styles of dance for over 10 years and continues to pursue further dance teaching qualifications.

In addition to dance, Brigritte has completed various courses and had experience with Clinical Pilates.

Brigritte believes that it is important that those in her care are empowered to take an active role in their recovery through a combination of education, exercise and manual therapy.

Hasan Al-Talib – Senior Physiotherapist & Director

Hasan leads the physiotherapy team at Complete Care. He is a well-established Physiotherapist held in high regard in both the local community and amongst his medical and allied health peers.  He is known as being the GO-TO health professional for musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

1000’s of people have consulted Hasan looking for answers and a fast end to their aches and pains. Hasan’s unique holistic approach has helped people recover faster and stay mobile and active. Most people come to see him to get freedom from pain killers and prevent surgery. He has helped them return to what they love doing best…PAIN FREE.

Hasan has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in Spinal Pain, particularly cervical spine disorders and their role in the treatment and management of headaches, migraines and Temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.

Hasan is an avid coffee lover and trains regularly at the gym. He enjoys travelling and sharing experiences with his family.

OSTEOPATH

Alvina Qureshi – Osteopath

Alvina graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and a Masters degree in Osteopathy. Since completing her tertiary education, Alvina has continued her studies undertaking a variety of courses including dry needling, and mat and reformer Clinical Pilates.

Alvina’s interest has always been how pain affects every aspect of our life. She applies a holistic approach to treatment that not only focuses on the site of pain but also ensures the entire body is functioning optimally to provide the best opportunity for healing. She also appreciates everyone’s individuality and tailors her treatment plans to each individual’s specific needs to get them back doing what they love pain-free. Alvina has a keen interest in rehabilitation and self-management strategies and expresses the importance of everyone being active in their own care to achieve the best results.

Alvina also practices Hijama (Wet Cupping) to help remove toxins from certain points in your body

Cameron Reid – Osteopath

Cameron brings a wealth of experience throughout his time working with active and athletic individuals

He’s been the head sports trainer for Coburg District Football Club since 2018 and more recently as a sports trainer for the Essendon Football Club for the AFL, VFL, and VFLW teams; allowing him exposure to high level athletes

He enjoys treating patients in both a structural and active manner; utilizing movement based management and rehabilitation as well as hands-on treatment. Abby Elsouki – Osteopath

Abby completed her Osteopathy qualifications at RMIT University. She uses a combination of exercise prescription along with Osteopathic treatment to help her patients return to full function as soon as possible.

Abby has a special interest in pain and chronic pain management. She is determined to learn as much as she can about her patients’ experience in order to help guide them towards a full recovery.

Abby also performs Dry Needling to help speed up recovery to get her patient back to what they love doing best.

Nha Trang in Vietnam, I spent a little time there a few years ago; the beaches and community are beautiful.
