Hamish has always had a passion for helping people achieve their health goals since his early work as a sports trainer for basketball and football teams.
Through this work he developed a special interest in sports injuries, in particular basketball and football, and rehabilitation which inspired him to become a Level 1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has also been involved in research to guide return to sport after injury.
Clinically, Hamish is committed to finding the best solution to his patient's pain and injury through a combination of manual therapy and exercise. He has a keen interest in spinal pain, tendon-related pathology and sports injuries and is passionate about achieving meaningful and long-lasting results for his patients.
Kalin is heavily involved in the sporting arena having played football and basketball growing up. Kalin now spends most of his free time on the golf course. Through this sporting background Kalin developed a keen interest in sporting injuries and injury prevention. This was the driving force behind him studying Physiotherapy by helping others achieve their goals.
Clinically, Kalin has a special interest in hip pain, tendon-related pathology, spinal pain and golf-related injury rehabilitation. Kalin is also certified by the Titleist Performance Institute of Golf. Kalin is a firm believer that manual therapy treatment in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation is the best method to helping his patient achieve long lasting results.
He is an avid surfer and golfer, and hopes to achieve a single-digit golf handicap soon!
Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the Complete Care team, having spent time working with some of the best orthopaedic surgeons in Melbourne at different hospital settings, from acute to outpatient. During her training, she worked as a sports trainer for the local football team and completed her qualification in Clinical Pilates. She has also volunteered at various sporting events around the state.
While at University, she completed research on Pre-Pointe assessment for young ballet dancers. She hopes to be able to further these endeavours and possibly further her research for ballet dancers. Having done more than 10 years of ballet and her fair share of injuries, she appreciates how pain and injuries can stop us from doing what we love. Her experience has allowed her to engage with people of all walks of life, ages and skill levels.
Her special interest is in Temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and Women’s Health Physiotherapy where she has treated many clients, during their pregnancy and after birth as well. She’s a firm believer that a holistic approach of exercise rehabilitation, education and empowerment plus manual therapy results in a better health outcome.
Casey has completed both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. She has undertaken APA-certified postgraduate training in Women’s and Pelvic Health, and loves working with pregnant and post-partum patients to help them keep healthy and active. She runs Clinical Pilates classes throughout the week to help her clients move more and feel stronger.
Outside of this, Casey has experience working with a wide range of patients including paediatrics, and athletes. Having worked both on and off the field with footy and soccer clubs across Melbourne, she can help manage both acute and long-term injuries from head to toe.
In her free time, Casey loves going on day trips to explore different parts of Victoria, going to the gym, and baking.
Charmi is an enthusiastic team player deeply committed to delivering quality care as a Physiotherapist.
She has many experiences treating paediatric, musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory, rheumatology, neurology, and orthopedic patients for over 10 years
Along side a special interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Charmi has special expertise in working with paediatric conditions for early intervention care with motor re-education techniques to improve neuro plasticity in premature risk category babies including Cerebral Palsy in multi disciplinary team settings.
She loves playing netball swimming and out door activities to maintain active stress-free healthy lifestyle. She firmly believes Physiotherapy is all about adding Life to years!
Michaela has dual degrees in a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Physiotherapy, giving her an advantage when it comes to sports-related injuries and prevention. Michaela loves treating lower limb injuries, neck pain and headaches. She is focused on tailoring each treatment plan to the individual client by
using a combination of hands-on therapy and exercise to help clients
through their recovery and achieve optimal results.
Michaela also loves working with children and has a keen special interest in Paediatrics which she developed by working with Paediatric clients and
young athletes.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, swimming and
travelling.
James is a highly qualified Physiotherapist, having worked in both the private and public health sectors local and internationally. His clinical experience includes a variety of patient conditions, with an inclination towards Musculoskeletal conditions, particularly spinal and lower limb injuries.
James’s other clinical interest is Paediatrics , having taught courses in Paediatric rehabilitation focusing on children with dystrophy and cerebral palsy.
James utilises treatment approaches such as manual therapy, taping, motor control training, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation to holistically rehabilitate his clients in their journey out of pain.
He adopts a biopsychosocial and collaborative approach to encourage his clients to take charge of their situation.
Outside of work, James enjoys travelling and exploring the beautiful places Melbourne has to offer
Hasan leads the physiotherapy team at Complete Care. He is a well-established Physiotherapist held in high regard in both the local community and amongst his medical and allied health peers. He is known as being the GO-TO health professional for musculoskeletal and sports injuries. 1000’s of people have consulted Hasan looking for answers and a fast end to their aches and pains.
Hasan’s unique holistic approach has helped people recover faster and stay mobile and active. Most people come to see him to get freedom from pain killers and prevent surgery. He has helped them return to what they love doing best…PAIN FREE. Hasan has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in Spinal Pain, particularly cervical spine disorders and their role in the treatment and management of headaches, migraines.
Hasan is an avid coffee lover and trains regularly at the gym. He enjoys travelling and sharing experiences with his family.
He believes in and embodies a holistic approach to recovery focusing on specialised manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation including Pilates, Strength and Conditioning and mobility training. Nitin is also a certified Nutritionist and Weight- Loss consultant.
Nitin has extensive post-graduate training in Spinal Pain which he undertook to help himself recover from a back surgery post a serious cricket injury. He now utilises this specialised knowledge to help many people return to doing what they love.
Nitin has spent time with Essendon Bomber’s VFL Physiotherapy team and utilises this experience to return people to their highest level of function. Mostly recently he was the Physiotherapist for the Melbourne Stars Cricket Team in the Big Bash League. He also has a case-load at the Epworth Rehabilitation Hospital in Brighton. Outside of the clinic he is still a keen fast bowler and loves to read.
In addition to his work at Complete Care, he also consults at Cricket & SportsMedicine Centre in CitiPower Centre at Cricket Victoria, where he looks after our future Victorian and Australian cricket stars.
Having grown up in Wallan, Dr. Amy brings excitement to our team and possesses a strong dedication to providing osteopathic care to the local community.
Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Dr. Amy studied and worked in Myotherapy and as such has a high skill set in soft tissue and deep tissue techniques, myofascial stretching, sports taping, and cupping. She is passionate about empowering patients with hand-on treatment, education, and exercise to achieve greater health outcomes. Her experience has allowed her to spend time interstate and regionally working with a wide variety of patients, including senior level athletes.
Dr. Amy utilises the core values of Osteopathy to achieve complete patient-centered care with a variety of Osteopathic and Myotherapy techniques like soft tissue manipulation, HVLA, dry needling, cupping, and clinical rehabilitation. Dr. Amy has particular interest in jaw and neck and spinal pain, having experienced both on and off during her university degree.
In her spare time you can find her out and about with her partner and two golden retriever’s Archie & Gus, sipping soy lattes, or tending to her expansive collection of indoor plants.
Dr. Joel has always wanted to become an osteopath due to his passion for helping people's overall wellbeing, the mindset of an individual, alongside the physical pain and dysfunction, and how pain affects every aspect of our lives.
He applies a holistic approach to treatment that not only focuses on the site of pain but also ensures the entire body is functioning optimally to provide the best opportunity for healing. He also appreciates everyone’s individuality and tailors his treatment plans to each individual’s specific needs to get them back doing what they love pain-free.
Joel has a keen interest in spinal pain and headache disorders . He expresses the importance of everyone being active in their own care to achieve the best results.
Joel sees the importance in hands-on treatment in the clinic and is undertaking further studies in more advanced Osteopathic treatment techniques to better help his clients. He also like to promote recovery outside the clinic with lifestyle advice, exercise, and management strategies.

I always enjoy the company of my family at the dinner table, discussing old funny memories always puts a smile on my face.
