Women’s Health Physiotherapy


Simply, A Physiotherapist that specialise in helping women! We have done extra training to help us more thoroughly understand the female body throughout all stages of life inclusive of pregnancy, post-natal and peri-menopause/menopause.

We LOVE educating and empowering women to take control of their bodies, their health journeys and to MOVE well throughout all stages of their life.


A women’s health physio is a physiotherapist who has done an extra study to specialise in treating the female body. This means we are equipped to treat and help you manage a range of conditions throughout each stage of your life including:

  1. General musculoskeletal pain (hips, SIJ, back pain)
  2. Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
  3. Prolapse
  4. Incontinence
  5. Pain with sex
  6. Endometriosis
  7. Pre-natal care and birth prep.
  8. Post-natal care

Each consult is 1 on 1 in our private rooms to allow for the time and space to hear your story and assess you accurately. It will always involve a holistic approach and assessment of the whole body. Depending on the reason for your visit an internal pelvic floor exam can be involved. This will be explained in detail during the appointment and if you have any questions or concerns you can discuss this with your practitioner and find the best path forward together with or without the exam.


Casey is our Women’s Health Physio.

She has undertaken APA-certified postgraduate training in Women’s and Pelvic Health, and loves working with pregnant and post-partum patients to help them keep healthy and active.

She runs Clinical Pilates classes throughout the week to help her clients move more and feel stronger.
